Christian 7 Night/9-10 Day Tour

DAY 1- SATURDAY

Departure from the United States.

DAY 2- SUNDAY

Arrive in Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion International Airport where you will be met by a Water&Wine representative and transported to your hotel. Take some time to unpack and relax on one of Tel Aviv’s beaches which stretch out over more than 2.5  miles.

Day Two

Arrive in Israel. Upon arrival at Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport we’ll hit the ground running by driving to Tiberias, a city built on the edge of the Sea of Galilee during the lifetime of Jesus. The same day we’ll drive a few minutes north along the Sea of Galilee for one of the most beautiful views in Israel, from the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. After visiting the church and the idyllic grounds surrounding it at the Beatitudes we’ll descend to the lake, drive a few minutes and cross the Jordan River. A short while later we’ll enter the antiquities site at the biblical town of  Bethsaida, home to some of the disciples.

Overnight in Tiberias

People don’t get out to the Middle East very often and often figure if they’re coming this way they might as well see Petra in Jordan or the Pyramids in Egypt. Frankly you should’t begin to compromise your Israel itinerary for sites in Jordan or Egypt. If you can the best option is to increase your Middle-East stay from 10 days to 12 or more days. We notice that when people get involved in their itineraries they realize that they want to see more of Israel. On their next trip they can go down to Eilat and see Petra too.
